Gatherings
Over the past decade, I have developed a parallel practice of creating artist-run spaces for cinema, performance, education, and collective inquiry. Alongside filmmaking, these projects have become laboratories for experimentation, collaboration, and long-term artistic relationships.
Though different in form, St. Mary Majak’s, Beaubourg School, and Cinema Sanctuary emerged from the same belief: that art is not only something we make, but something we gather around. These experiences continue to shape my filmmaking and my understanding of cinema as a communal, research-driven, and deeply collaborative art form.
